Books Read in April ’16

April was quite a month. For one, I got married! It turns out there’s quite a bit involved with setting up your own wedding, including baking your own cake, building and setting up your own decorations, and troubleshooting your own PA system, to name a few. Needless to say, the joys and stresses that came from planning and pulling off our wedding (in the midst of an intense stretch of television) did not leave ample time for reading.

Best April BookThe 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene – An impressive synthesis of power throughout history that is vital and applicable today. Of particular note – how to deal with those immediately above and below you in your workplace.

Other Non-Fiction Reads:

Linchinpin: Are You Indispensable? by Seth Godin

Other Fiction Reads:

Here by Richard McGuire – a very creative graphic novel.
